DREAM 17 to Feature Quarterfinals of Bantamweight Tournament

Fighting and Entertainment Group (FEG) will host DREAM.17 featuring the quarterfinal bouts of their Bantamweight Tournament on September 24, 2011 at the Saitama Super Arena in Saitama, Japan.
DREAM and its previous predecessor PrideFC have always used the time system involving one ten-minute first round followed by two five-minute rounds. This event, however, is rumored to be using the same time system as the UFC which falls under the unified rules of mixed martial arts.
Japanese fight fans will be eager to see their favorite MMA representatives Hideo Tokoro, Masakazu Imanari, Tatsuya Kawajiri, Caol Uno, Satoru Kitaoka and Shinya Aoki step into the Saitama Arena.The bantamweight quarterfinal bouts and the rest of the fight card is shown below.
